AUTHENTIC

COMMUNITY

The development in a safe place of a “Koinonia, shoulder to shoulder bearing of each other’s burdens,” not just a coffee grab and comparison of “what are you running” numbers.

LEADERSHIP

DEVELOPMENT

The provision for the development of the minister at the Roundtable and the equipping with materials to lead in the development of that minister’s church leadership team.

SOLUTION

GENERATING

KANI (Keep Awake Night Issues) —a tried and true process for gaining insight into the “Keep Awake Night Issues” of life and ministry that ministers face.

ENCOURAGEMENT

MODELS

Outside the monthly Roundtable gathering, ministers are strengthened through meeting with their encouragement partners.

LEARNING & TRAINING

Leaders engaged in Koinonia. Every Minister should be involved in a group! Community is a common denominator with every sustained effort. Even the trinity was in community in their unity. And during his earthly ministry, Jesus had the twelve. We were not made to do this alone.

Intentional Prayer: We are called to pray. When ministers have the opportunity to work together on the issues of life and ministry, it is a privilege to pray for one another. Focused, individualized prayer is one of the hallmarks of a Roundtable gathering.

Learning and discussing leadership content…we provide the steak, the ministers season it, grill it, cut it up, chew on it and it sticks. The ministers are the focal point of this ministry; learning and growing, leading together.
